We collect the information you choose to provide in an inquiry, such as your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, target quantity, timeline, product requirements and attached project files. Basic technical information, such as browser and request data, may also be processed to keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your inquiry, review project feasibility, prepare quotations or samples, coordinate product development and production, protect our systems, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell inquiry data or project files.
Website analytics and inquiry attribution
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and, when configured, Yandex Metrica to understand website visits, page performance, contact-method selections and general on-page behavior. When you submit an inquiry, we may retain its language, landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers so we can identify the source of the request and measure campaign performance. Inquiry forms are marked to mask their contents from session recordings, and we do not sell inquiry information.
Project files and confidentiality
Files submitted through the inquiry form are stored in a private area of our website administration system. Access is limited to authorized BOWEI GIFT personnel handling your request. When specialist manufacturing or engineering support is required, relevant information may be shared only to evaluate or deliver the project and under an appropriate confidentiality arrangement. An NDA can be discussed before detailed project information is shared.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, project records and legal compliance. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect stored information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending information that is not needed for an initial project discussion.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information that you have provided, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business, legal or security reasons. You may also ask us not to use your contact details for further follow-up communications.
