Protect illuminated frames, display panels, stands, cables and printed surfaces through retail and parcel delivery. Use the Light-Up Frames & Photo Lightscollection as a starting point, then verify the exact model and requested changes before quotation.
Decisions to make before requesting a quote
| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Surface protection | Specify film, tissue, sleeve or non-abrasive contact layer for the viewing face. |
| Accessory separation | Keep stands, adapters and hardware from striking the frame. |
| Corner support | Control movement and load at corners or vulnerable illuminated edges. |
| Shipping level | Define unit box, inner quantity, master carton and parcel or pallet route. |
Flat products still need movement control
A frame can be scratched or cracked even when the box is not visibly crushed. Review clearance, corner support and the way cables or stands are stored. The front surface should not rub against printed cardboard or loose accessories.
Check the unboxing sequence
The user should be able to remove the frame without pulling on a cable, dropping a separate stand or touching a delicate printed surface. Instructions and mounting parts should be visible before installation begins.
Information to include in the brief
- Final frame, stand and accessory list
- Viewing-surface protection method
- Corner and edge support
- Retail box artwork and opening direction
- Shipping carton quantity and handling marks
Keep the approved product, artwork, power arrangement, accessories and packaging in one version-controlled brief. If a requested change affects dimensions, tooling, electronics, materials or performance, treat it as an engineering verify rather than assuming it belongs to the standard model.
